Recurso de súplica en contra del auto proferido para rechazar la demanda de la referencia, por cuanto el demandante no corrigió su escrito en los términos indicados en el auto inadmisorio.
Frente a la ausencia de cargos de inconstitucionalidad respecto a la presunta vulneración alegada, la Sala precisa que resulta imposible que la Corporación pueda dar aplicación al principio pro actione y llevar a cabo el juicio de constitucionalidad.
